2. Service Area

We primarily serve homes in Howard County, Maryland, and may be able to help with nearby addresses. Availability depends on the schedules and service areas of independent providers, and we cannot guarantee that a provider will be available for every request.

3. No Veterinary-Client-Patient Relationship

Submitting our contact form or calling us does not create a veterinarian-client-patient relationship with us or with any provider. That relationship begins only when a licensed veterinarian agrees to examine or treat your pet. Appointments are confirmed directly with the provider.

4. Emergencies

Same-day and urgent appointments may be available depending on provider availability, but our referral service is not a substitute for emergency veterinary care. If your pet has a life-threatening emergency, contact your nearest 24-hour emergency animal hospital immediately.

5. Pricing, Scheduling, and Cancellations

Prices, payment terms, scheduling, and cancellation policies are set by the provider who performs the service. Please confirm these details directly with your provider before your appointment.
