1. Mobile Service Boundary Requirements

Our operational deployment vehicles exclusively serve residential addresses physically located within Howard County, Maryland. We reserve the absolute right to decline appointment requests that fall outside our designated geographic service routes.

2. Medical Intake and Appointments

Submitting an online booking inquiry or web form does not establish an immediate veterinary-client-patient relationship. Appointments are only formally secured once directly confirmed by a live dispatch coordinator over the phone.

3. Cancellations and Urgent Care

Because our veterinary routing schedule is highly customized to minimize travel stress for anxious animals, we kindly request a 24-hour notice for appointment adjustments. For life-threatening emergencies outside our scheduled operational windows, pet owners should immediately contact a local 24-hour physical emergency hospital.

4. Liability Limitations

Users acknowledge that web descriptions serve solely as general educational summaries regarding mobile health maintenance and peaceful senior hospice support paths, and do not substitute for custom, face-to-face evaluations inside your home.
